Autumn Harvest Dinner

Feature the fruits and vegetables of the fall harvest with this easy menu.

Root vegetables team up with pork chops in a quick to prepare casserole. Serve it with healthy bran bread to dip in the tasty sauce. Cabbage is at it's fall finest - cool coleslaw complements the hearty casserole.
