A good healthy choice, this bread makes good sandwiches. You can make this bread using the delay timer.
1 cup water 1 tablespoon butter, softened 1 tablespoon molasses 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 1/4 cups flour 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 cup bran 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 tablespoon milk powder 1 package bread machine yeast
Add ingredients to the bread maker pan in the order listed (or as directed in your bread maker instructions).
Set bread maker to the whole wheat setting and start.
